SMART, Judge.

Walter Betts appeals from the trial court’s judgment denying a motion to vacate, set aside or correct the judgment and sentence entered against him for convictions of rape, in violation of § 566.030, RSMol986, and sodomy, in violation of § 566.060, RSMol986. Betts was sentenced to consecutive terms of fifteen years imprisonment on each conviction.

Judgment affirmed.
