On appeal from a judgment of conviction for unlawful possession of methamphetamine, ORS 475.894, defendant assigns error to the trial court’s denial of his motion to suppress. Defendant concedes that police officers stopped him lawfully to investigate possible criminal activity, but he contends that officers unlawfully extended that stop past the point at which the justification for it dissipated, thereby effecting an unlawful seizure.
