This is an appeal by Missouri’s Director of Revenue (Director) from a judgment restoring driving privileges for Jonathan A. May-berry (Mayberry). The appeal follows a trial de novo after an administrative suspension of Mayberry’s driving privileges under § 302.500 et. seq. Director had ordered the suspension after Mayberry was arrested for allegedly driving while intoxicated in violation of a Webb City, Missouri, ordinance.
