Defendant Cottman Transmission Systems, Inc. appeals from grants of partial summary disposition for plaintiffs in two cases, consolidated on appeal. Cottman asserts that plaintiff Leonardo Martino’s action for rescission is barred by res judicata, because a prior Pennsylvania judgment should be given full faith and credit by Michigan courts.
