MEMORANDUM OPINION

Ameriquest Mortgage Company has filed an adversary action in which it requests a determination of the validity and priority of hens against certain real estate which is property of the estate of Debtor Anthony Robert Elwood.1 The Court has *707jurisdiction over this matter and these parties and may enter final orders pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §§ 1384, 157(a), and 157(b)(1).
