Juliet Dowling, trading as Dowling Realty-Company, sued Oscar Selton in the Civil Court of Fulton County. In the petition it is alleged in substance: that the defendant is indebted to the plaintiff in the sum of $575; that the plaintiff and the defendant entered into a contract, which is attached to the petition and made a part thereof; that the plaintiff secured as purchasers for the property listed in the contract Mr. and Mrs. W. H. Richman, who are ready, willing, and able to comply with the terms of this contract, but that the defendant refuses to comply with the terms of this contract…
