¶ 1 Appellant, Kendrick Antonio Simpson, was tried by a jury and convicted of First Degree Murder with Malice Aforethought (Counts I and II), Discharging a Firearm with Intent to Kill (Count III) and Possession of a Firearm After Former Conviction of a Felony (Count IV) in the District Court of Oklahoma County, Case No. CF 2006-496.
