In an action to recover damages for breach of restrictive covenants and for injunctive relief, the plaintiff appeals from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (Roncallo, J.), entered May 1, 1987, as denied her motion for partial summary judgment, and the "defendant Mary Dale Jenkins cross-appeals from so much of the same order as denied her cross motion for partial summary judgment.
