MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
CAMBRIDGE, District Judge.
This matter is before the Court on appeal from the August 18, 1988 orders of the bankruptcy court (BK Filing Nos. 186 and 187), sustaining the appellee’s motion to require debtors to assume or reject unexpired lease (BK Filing No. 66) and motion and request for allowance and payment of administrative expense (BK Filing No. 96).
