OPINION
KEM THOMPSON FROST, Justice.
Charged with burglary of a habitation with two enhancements, appellant, Thomas Douglas Bond, filed a pretrial motion to suppress identification testimony. After a pretrial hearing, the trial court denied the motion. During the trial, appellant changed his plea to guilty, with an agreed recommendation from the State. The trial court set punishment at twenty-five years in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division, in accordance with the State’s recommendation.
