This is an appeal' from an order overruling a demurrer to the com*292plaint, the court having certified that the questions presented are important and doubtful.
In September, 1911, Mrs. Irene Wilcox of Northfield in this state executed a will, and in May, 1912, a codicil to it. She bequeathed $4,000 to a trustee for the benefit of her sister, Miss Abigail H. Colby, and the residue of her estate to others whose relationship to her does not appear.
