Appeal from a decision of the Unemployment Insurance Appeal Board, filed August 21, 2014, which ruled that claimant was disqualified from receiving unemployment insurance benefits because her employment was terminated due to misconduct.
Claimant was employed as a caseworker for a child welfare agency and worked Monday through Friday; working during the weekend was permitted if prior approval from a supervisor was obtained.
