dissents in a memorandum as follows: Respondents-appellants are not aggrieved by the ruling from which they appeal (CPLR 5511), and this Court is without jurisdiction to entertain the matter. As indicated by their briefs, which do not even address the order appealed from, respondents seek review of a prior, unappealable order for the apparent purpose of obtaining a ruling on an issue that their proffered defense to this proceeding strongly suggests is immaterial.
