Plaintiffs in error, hereinafter referred to by name, were convicted of conspiracy to commit abortion and each was sentenced to the penitentiary for a term of one year to eighteen months. To review that judgment they prosecute this writ. They were represented below and here by separate counsel. Wolf assigns seventeen errors and Montgomery sixteen, generally they are duplications and separate consideration is unnecessary.
