ORDER DENYING DEFENDANT’S MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT

Before the Court is Defendant IDS Property Casualty Insurance Company’s Motion for Summary Judgment (Dkt. # 12). On January 22, 2011, firefighters responded to a fire at the residence of Mr. Barker, the plaintiff. Mr. Barker, who was on vacation at the time of the fire, arrived home to discover that in addition to the fire damage, some of his personal property was missing.
