GIVAN, Chief Justice.
Appellant was convicted of rape and robbery. He was sentenced to a thirty (80) year term of imprisonment, enhanced by twenty (20) years for the rape conviction. He was sentenced to a ten (10) year term of imprisonment, enhanced by ten (10) years for the robbery conviction. The sentences were ordered to be served concurrently.
