FISHER, District Judge.
The present case is an action alleging employment discrimination in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (“ADA”), 42 U.S.C. § 12111 et seq., and the New Jersey Law Against Discrimination (“LAD”), N.J.S.A. 10:5-1 et seq. This court had previously granted summary judgment in favor of the defendant on all counts. The matter is now before the court on remand from the Third Circuit with instructions to determine whether the plaintiff is handicapped within the meaning of the LAD.
