—Judgments, Supreme Court, Bronx County (Steven Barrett, J.), rendered July 16, 1996, convicting defendant, after a jury trial, of crimi*193nal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree and, upon his pleas of guilty, of bail jumping in the first degree and criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree and sentencing him, as a second felony offender, to consecutive terms of 5 to 10 years and 2 to 4 years, concurrent with a term of 1 year, unanimously affirmed.
