EVAN A. EVANS, Circuit Judge.
Defendants, father and son, were convicted and sentenced to serve prison sentences in addition to paying substantial fines for violating section 37 of the Criminal Code (Comp. St. § 10201). The specific charge preferred against them was a conspiracy to defraud the United States, followed by overt acts committed by one or both in furtherance of such conspiracy. The means adopted bj defendants as alleged in the indictment were directed toward an evasion or an avoidance of certain government inspections.
