The Department of Transportation, Bureau of Driver Licensing (DOT) appeals from an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Bedford County1 (trial court) that sustained Jacob C. Clark’s (Licensee) statutory appeal from a one year suspension of his operating privileges following a juvenile adjudication for driving under the influence of alcohol (DUI) general impairment.
