Charles 8. Deneen and Boy Massena, copartners under the name of Deneen, Healy & Lee, filed an intervening* petition in the dissolution proceeding, People ex rel. Barrett, auditor of Public Accounts, v. Halsted Street State Bank, seeking allowance of a claim against the estate of the bank, then in the hands of William L. 0 ’Connell, as receiver, for legal services rendered in connection with reopening the bank or for the reorganization thereof.
