The action was brought for the recovery of counsel fees paid by the plaintiff in an action brought by it as landlord against the defendant, its tenant, for an injunction to restrain violations of the provisions of the lease with respect to subletting without the written consent of the landlord and with respect to the use to be made of the premises.
