On April 18, 2000, a complaint issued against the defendant from the District Court charging him with possession of a Class B controlled substance with intent to distribute in violation of G. L. c. 94C, § 32A; possession of a Class B *570controlled substance with intent to distribute in a school zone in violation of G. L. c. 94C, § 32J; and resisting arrest in violation of G. L. c. 268, § 32B.1 Following a jury trial, the defendant was convicted of the lesser included offense of possession of a Class B controlled substance and resisting arrest.
