This is an employment discrimination case under 42 U.S.C. § 1981, with pendent state law tort and contract claims. Plaintiff was formerly the director of drug control administration for defendant United States Olympic Committee (“USOC”). Plaintiff alleges in his amended complaint that defendant USOC engaged in fraud and misrepresentation by representing that USOC was committed to eradicating doping among U.S. Olympic athletes and would support plaintiffs efforts to reduce or eliminate doping, but USOC instead exhibited hostility and created…
