OPINION

GREEN, Chief Justice.

This suit was instituted by plaintiffs-appellants Leonardo Bueno, Dr. Walter Lemke, and Memorial Hospital, against defendants-appellees Globe Indemnity Company, and Edna Lee Ward and Gene Stanley d/b/a George Strauss Insurance Agency. Plaintiffs sought to recover compensation benefits including certain medical and hospital bills under the Workmen’s Compensation Act from Globe for an on-the-job injury to Bueno occurring on July 29, 1963.
