The plaintiffs, Barry and Emma Lussier and Robert and Kathleen Anderson, appeal from two superior court decisions that determined the rights of the defendant, New England Power Company and its affiliate, New England Hydro-Transmission Corporation (hereinafter collectively referred to as New England Power), under express easements crossing the plaintiffs’ adjoining properties.
