FRUGÉ, Judge.
This suit arises out of an action filed by Derta Ardoin claiming personal injuries as well as special damages against Felix Bordelon and his insurer, Liberty Mutual Insurance Company. Judgment was rendered by the trial court in favor of plaintiff for the sum of $22,000.00 for injuries and disabilities received, together with medical expenses and special damages in the sum of $2,104.75 with legal interest at the rate of 7% per annum from date of judicial demand until paid and for the full costs of those proceedings.
