1. The first special ground of the motion for a new trial after conviction of the defendant for larceny of an automobile assigns error on the denial by the trial court of the defendant’s renewed motion at the conclusion of the evidence to strike from the record all testimony regarding the defendant’s alleged confession of the crime to two' peace officers.
