In a medical malpractice action to recover damages for personal injuries, the plaintiff appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County (Underwood, J.), entered December 19, 1988, which, upon renewal, inter alia, granted the defendants’ motion to compel the plaintiff to submit to a "CAT Scan or Magnetic *522Resonance Imaging (MRI) test”, while under sedation, before a licensed physician designated by the defendants.

Ordered that the order is affirmed, with costs.
