Johnston, C. J.:

In an information Gerald Bowers, Dave Rice, William Hugo Neely and Ed Davis, were jointly charged in a single count with committing burglary and grand larceny. Neely entered a plea of guilty, and Bowers and Rice were tried jointly and found guilty. Davis demanded and was awarded a separate trial which resulted in a conviction of both burglary and grand larceny. From this conviction he appeals.
