Plaintiff David Davis seeks judicial review, pursuant to the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. §§ 405(g), 1381(a) and 1382(a), of a final decision of the Commissioner of Social Security (“Commissioner”) denying his application for Supplemental Security Income (“SSI”). 1 Plaintiff moves this Court for sum mary judgment reversing the Commissioner’s decision denying his claim for such benefits or, in the alternative, an order remanding the case to the Commissioner for further proceedings.
