Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Albany County (Harris, J.), rendered September 8, 1987, convicting defendant upon his plea of guilty of two counts of the crime of commercial bribe receiving in the first degree.
Defendant was the director of plant operations for Samaritan Service Corporation and its related nonprofit organizations, Child’s Hospital, Child’s Nursing Home Company and the Episcopal Diocese of Albany, doing business as Nelson House.
