LEVAL, Circuit Judge:
Defendants Fawaz Habbas and Mohamed Rahman appeal from judgments of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York (Gleeson, /.). Rahman pled guilty to obstructing a federal grand jury investigation. 18 U.S.C. § 1512(c)(2), (j). Habbas pled guilty to a similar charge of obstructing a federal grand jury investigation, and also to conspiracy to make false statements to U.S. government officials, 18 U.S.C. § 371, and making false statements to a government official. 18 U.S.C. § 1001(a)(2).
