Leone C. Johnson filed her complaint in the circuit court of Winnebago county, charging Lydia Luhman with the alienation of affections of the plaintiff’s husband, Vincent Joseph Johnson. The complaint alleges that the plaintiff was married to the said Vincent Joseph Johnson, and they lived together for fifteen years prior to July 1942, as husband and wife; that there had been five children born to the Johnsons, and that the husband and father had supported the family; that the husband’s average yearly earning was about $5,000,…
