Old Elk v. Healthy Mothers, Healthy Babies, Inc.

¶1 Appellants John Old Elk, June Goodleft and Dana Zimmer (the Appellants) filed a complaint against Respondent Healthy Mothers, Healthy Babies, Inc. (HMHB), in the First Judicial District Court, Lewis and Clark County. HMHB subsequently filed a motion for summary judgment. The District Court granted HMHB’s motion, and the Appellants appeal.
