The appellants urge that the judgment should be reversed on the following grounds: (1) Relief will not be granted by mandamus because no property rights are involved. (2) The relators should have exhausted their remedy by appeal to the Grand Council of the society before resorting to the courts. (3) If there was a remedy in the courts, cer-tiorari proceedings should have been resorted to. (4) Relief should not be granted, because the relators had a full and fair trial as provided by the rules of the society.
