On January 15, 2009, Defendant, Timothy H. Queen (hereinafter, "Defendant") was charged by grand jury indictment with one count of armed robbery, a violation of La.R.S. 14:64, one count of armed robbery with a firearm, a violation of La.R.S. 14:64.3, one count of possession of a weapon by a convicted felon, a violation of La.R.S. 14:95.1, and one count of possession of a firearm in a firearm free zone, a *550violation of La.R.S. 14:95.2.
