In a proceeding to stay arbitration, the petitioner Liberty Mutual Insurance Company (hereinafter Liberty), appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Leviss, J.), dated February 14, 1985, which, inter alia, denied the application.

Ordered that the order is reversed, on the law, with costs, and the petition is granted.
