Error to the Court of Common Pleas of QUnton county: Of May Term 1880, No. 96. Assumpsit by James D. Mason against the First National Bank of Lock Haven, to recover a balance of deposits to the credit of the plaintiff in said bank. At the trial plaintiff produced and offered in evidence his bank book, wherein it appeared that he had made a number of deposits and drawn numerous checks, and that he had a balance to his credit of $1254.90.
