Findings of Fact

1. This action was instituted January 15, 19-16, claiming some $4,500 in allegedly unpaid overtime compensation and liquidated damages under the Fair Labor Standards Act, 29 U.S.C.A. § 201 et seq. The case was tided without a jury, and at the close of plaintiff’s case in chief defendant moved for judgment of no cause of action under Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, Rule 41(b), 28 U.S.C.A. following section 723c, In accordance with Bach v.
