Alston A. Emanuel and Leon Paige appeal from a final judgment entered in the District Court1 for the Eastern District of Missouri in favor of John O. Marsh, Jr., Secretary of the Army (Army) in an action brought under 42 U.S.C. § 2000e (Title VII). Emanuel v. Marsh, 628 F.Supp. 564 (E.D.Mo.1986) (1986 Memorandum and Order).
