Plaintiff Mureen Jones-Bartley (“Plaintiff’) filed the instant Complaint on behalf of herself and a class of similarly situated individuals, alleging that Defendant McCabe, Weisberg & Conway, P.C. (“Defendant”) violated the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (“FDCPA”), 15 U.S.C. § 1692 et seq., when in early 2013 it sent a letter attempting to collect a debt. (See Compl. (Dkt. No. 1).)
