The plaintiffs, local 818 of council 4 AFSCME, AFL-CIO (union), Magdalen Sparaco, Joan Anderson, Lester Ponak, Michael Milici and Regiano Marini, have filed an application for a preliminary injunction to restrain the defendants from giving effect to notices terminating the employment of the individual plaintiffs pending resolution of certain complaints to the state labor relations board and the state board of mediation and arbitration.
