MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

Plaintiff Yaodi Hu (“Hu”) filed this Section 1983 action against the Chicago Kent School of Law, a division of the Illinois Institute of Technology (“IIT”), and the American Bar Association (“ABA”), alleging that the ABA and IIT violated his Fourteenth Amendment substantive and procedural due process and equal protection rights when IIT rejected Hu’s application to “re-enroll” at the law school.
