The appellant assigns the following errors: “(1) The court erred in overruling the demurrer to the indictment, and putting the appellant upon his trial for two separate and distinct offenses at the same time. (2) The court erred in admitting testimony, showing that appellant had taken orders and made collections in instances other than that charged in the indictment, and in compelling the defendant to admit that he had taken such orders, and made such collections.
