Appellant-is a young man under twenty-one years of age, and he and another young man named Taylor were separately indicted for the crime of- robbery. Appellant .was convicted, and has prosecuted an appeal to this court. The first contention -of his counsel is: that ,-the evidence is not sufficient to sustain the verdict. ■ ■ ‘
