for the Court:

¶ 1. William Antonio Avery pleaded guilty to selling cocaine within 1500 feet of a church and was sentenced to thirty years in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections (MDOC), with twenty-nine years and three hundred fifty-nine days suspended and five years of reporting post-release supervision, to be followed by five years of non-reporting post-release supervision.
