DALTON, Judge.

Action for damages for personal injuries sustained by plaintiff as the result of a collision between the trolley bus of defendant Kansas City Public Service Company, on which plaintiff was a passenger, and a 1950 Chevrolet automobile operated by defendant Shields. Verdict and judgment were for defendants, but the court set the verdict and judgment aside as to each defendant and granted plaintiff a new trial.
