OPINION OF THE COURT. This is an indictment against the defendant for stealing letters containing money from the mail, while he acted as postmaster, at Carrolton, in this state. The indictment contained six counts. And a motion was made, and argued at length, to quash the second, fourth, fifth and *855sixth counts.
