Hollie Giannotti (“Giannotti”) and her husband, Darrell Gian-notti, filed suit against Beleza Hair Salon, Inc. d/b/a Beleza Salon and Eunice Kai Amaral-Marrs (“Appellees”) for personal injury and loss of consortium, alleging that Amaral-Marrs negligently performed hair coloring procedures on Giannotti, causing Giannotti to sustain chemical burns. Following trial, the jury returned a verdict for Appellees.
